Stacey & Scotty's Dream - 'You make my hear break-dance!'
It was a merging of two cultures for the star’s special day. The word ‘love’ is often hard to define, but when television and radio star Stacey Daniels was preparing to walk down the aisle to marry Te Karere presenter Scotty Morrison, there was no doubt she was a woman head-over-heels in love. As one of the country’s top kapa haka groups led Stacey and her six attendants on to her and Scotty’s tribal marae in Rotorua, the 32 year-old found herself overcome with emotion.
Stacey chose a strapless, white bridal gown created by renown designer Jane Yeh. Made from delicate silk tulle imported from Spain, the fishtail sheath shape was studded with Swarovski crystals that added a subtle touch of glamour. Jane also designed the gorgeous flowing pink asymmetrical bridesmaid dresses, which complemented Stacey’s dress and the men’s three-button black suits and silver ties.
